REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

2. Returns

We accept returns for unopened, unused supplements within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items not in their original packaging

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bbroccoli.store and we will make it right.
